Emergency Guidelines

For emergency help on the main campus, dial 911 or one of the following numbers:

University Police - 325-2121
Fire Department - 323-1212
Utilities/Maintenance - 325-2005
Student Health Center - 325-2431

Be aware that if you dial 911 from a cell phone, the call will be routed to the nearest 911 emergency call center.

Cell Phone Policy: Many instructors require student cell phones to be turned off during class. It is acceptable to continue to do so. However, if such a policy is enforced, it is recommended that the instructor leave his/her cell phone on, in vibration mode, to enable emergency communication.
